My passion in purpose.

I am a channel, a mentor and a coach. I adore and am inspired by nature every day.

I celebrate the unique gifts of sensitive individuals, encouraging them to embrace their sensitivity as a strength rather than a burden and accept all aspects of themselves.

I facilitate guided journeys, one-on-one sessions and channelling that explore the worlds of shamanism, metaphysics, and magic and more.

My awakening (a very condensed story)

There was once a time when I struggled with the label of 'over-sensitive,' feeling the need to suppress my gifts to blend in with those around me, people pleasing to the nth degree to my detriment.

The turning point happened nine years ago when, by chance, I began organising for my spiritual teachers. During a beautiful shamanic ceremony, I set the intention to live my most authentic life, and my spiritual team was listening. That very night, I found myself quite literally knocked off my feet and onto my derriere, emerging as someone I did not recognise.

From that moment on, everything shifted as I aligned with my intention. Embracing my true self brought its own challenges, including confusing crossroads and the fear of losing connections with loved ones. However, I understood that I had to prioritize my healing, and this choice led to an extraordinary personal transformation of self acceptance.

As I accepted myself for who I truly am, those close to me did too and I thanked those who didn’t, for being in my life and moved onwards and upwards.

I began to honour my intuition and establish healthy boundaries, giving myself permission to acknowledge and accept all aspects of my being. I finally realised that the answers I sought were already within me.

Now I channel my experiences…I love to see highly sensitive people and empaths flourish.

Now I channel my experiences to empower other sensitive souls, offering clarity and support as they embark on their own journeys of self-discovery and acceptance.

I love to see highly sensitive people and empaths flourish. The guidance I provide in one to one sessions; is the support I wished I had during my own tumultuous times.

Working with practical and energetic processes and holding a nurturing safe, I provide clarity, support and encouragement. Together we create a step-by-step approach to creating a life you cherish and adore.

We work deeply with inner work and also practical tools for solution finding. We peel the layers off gently and persistently to reveal the true essence underneath the persona created for others to fit in as we work towards your self acceptance.

You will gain discernment, life tools for healthy boundaries; clarity and determined focus on what you truly desire in life.

We get you to the point where you have belief in yourself and the confidence to live life on your terms. I provide support with the eureka moments, the grief in releasing the old self and the resistance, distraction and hiding that may occur as we re frame your beliefs. We are not changing who you are; we are remembering who you are and bringing them out in all their creative glory.

My dedication to acceptance

I am deeply grateful for the mentors who have guided me throughout my journey, and I am dedicated to promoting truth and authenticity and creating the Acceptance movement so we can all get on with why we are really here.

I recently launched a podcast called Accepting created with Sensitive Souls at heart, where my intention is to assist others in their path of self-acceptance and discovery.
