Hey lovely, welcome to align with aline!

I help awakening souls with listening to their inner guidance so that they can begin to make changes for self healing and  take their authentic place in the world. 

As a sensitive empath, you have so much to offer to the world. You shine your light so brightly and often it is that beautiful spiritual light that often goes misunderstood, leaving you questioning your self-worth and your place in the world. 

You might have even gone as far as becoming an expert in people pleasing, just to get a sense of being seen and belonging…

Needless to say, this didn’t get you far and might have got you as far as almost giving up on your heart’s deepest yearnings …

Well, I am on a mission to change that - because as an empath you have your light to shine and your best life to live!

I have been exactly where you are now. A feeling of change, but not knowing where to start. Desperately trying to hold onto other people’s expectations, whilst at the same time, berating myself for wasted time and energy, worrying I will lose people in my life for being different and for following my inner guidance.

But all of this has changed the moment I decided to go within, listen to my heart and hear my higher self speak. This is when I opened the doors to change, welcomed a new sense of freedom, joy and alignment, and walked through the doors of change.

This is when a wild woman was born. Uncompromising. Courageous. Aligned. Empowered. Grounded. She knew what she wanted, and she knew how to get there.

This is when I learnt that I already had all the answers within, if only I would have listened. And this is when my life changed for the better and I never looked back. From that moment on, I committed myself to helping others who are exactly where once I was. 

The guidance I am offering through this website is the guidance I wish I had when my life came crashing down, and I needed clarity, guidance and step-by-step strategy to not only to rebuild my life, but to create a life that I would love and adore.
